Commercial Officer - Surveillance Sector

e-work Agency for Work, Reggio Emilia office, selects for a leading company in the surveillance and security sector a Commercial Officer. The selected figure will have the task of developing and managing commercial activities for the company, with the aim of consolidating and expanding the client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have an attitude to consultative sales, relational skills, and a keen sense of sensitivity towards safety issues. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyzes market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities; - Develops and implements commercial strategies to achieve business objectives; - Builds and maintains relationships with existing and potential clients; - Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through networking and other means; - Collaborates with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans; - Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial activities; - Performs any other tasks assigned by the management. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - Knowledge of CRM software.
