Commercial Officer Southern Africa

Commercial Officer Position Concor Construction Pty Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Commercial Officer to join our projects across Southern Africa. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Commercial Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for vetting and approving the terms and conditions of any tenders/proposals submitted by the estimating department, and assessing project viability; coordinating with company leadership to conduct thorough financial analysis and provide recommendations for project approval or rejection. The successful incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial transactions. The successful incumbent will be required to work closely with the estimating department to ensure that all commercial transactions are properly recorded and reported. The successful incumbent will also be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
