Commercial Manager (w/m/x) – Lung Cancer

Our client, one of the top pharmaceutical companies on the Austrian market, is characterized by its innovative product portfolio and a modern corporate culture. As of now, the following key role will be filled: Commercial Manager (w/m/x) – Lung Cancer Development and implementation of the brand strategy for the department including business plan Leadership responsibility for a four-person team: Further development and motivation of employees as well as promotion of a high-performance culture Performance indicators include market share growth, revenue increase, and employee satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve these goals. This includes identifying target audiences, creating marketing materials, and analyzing market trends. The Commercial Manager (w/m/x) – Lung Cancer will also be responsible for managing a budget of €500,000 per year. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and excellent communication skills. Additional qualifications include knowledge of market research methods, experience with marketing automation tools, and proficiency in MS Office. The Commercial Manager (w/m/x) – Lung Cancer will work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, creating marketing materials, and analyzing market trends.
