Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager Reporting into: Senior Procurement Manager/Project Director Location: Office based/Site based - Milan Commercial Manager to become part of our team, taking a pivotal role in overseeing and directing multiple construction projects worth €10m–€60m, or individual projects exceeding €100m. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, the chosen candidate will be accountable for managing contract negotiations, safeguarding commercial interests, and nurturing strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in commercial management, procurement, and project coordination, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective commercial strategies to ensure successful project delivery; • Managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals; • Providing expert advice on commercial matters to the Senior Procurement Manager/Project Director; • Maintaining accurate records of all commercial transactions, including contracts, invoices, and payments. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
