Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a Commercial Manager /Business Development manager to join our client team in the maritime ship repairing/shipyards/offshore industry. In this role, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all commercial, managing client relationships and implementing strategies to improve profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in maritime and experience in commercial management. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share; Identify and pursue new business opportunities; Manage and maintain existing client relationships; Analyze market trends and competitor activity; Provide input on the development of the company's overall strategy; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, maritime studies); At least 5 years of experience in commercial management or a related field; Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its trends; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
