Aufgaben

• Counseling and representation: You advise and support project management in all financial matters. You create decision-making templates and represent the interests of the client side against general planners, general contractors, and other project participants.
• Budget and risk management: You create and monitor project budgets, analyze cost developments, and identify economic risks early on. This creates transparency and decision-making capabilities for complex construction and development projects.
• Contract and supplementary agreement management: You work closely with internal departments such as procurement and law, review contract contents, changes, supplements, and deviations, and participate in negotiations.
• Project controlling and reporting: You are responsible for financial status reports, analyze performance and settlement data, accompany the accounting process, and ensure a transparent and revision-proof documentation.
• Tendering and procurement: You work on tendering and procurement processes, analyze bids from a financial perspective, and support in evaluating economic decision-making grounds.
• Interface management: You are the central financial interface between client side, general planners, general contractors, procurement, law, controlling, and project management.

Qualification

• Mult-year experience in financial project management: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in financial project management, ideally in the construction or infrastructure sector and in collaboration with general planner or general contractor structures.
• Fundamental knowledge of the building contract environment: You bring good knowledge of VOB, HOAI, AHO, and contract law, as well as economic issues in the context of a construction project.
• Strength in cost and project controlling: You have developed skills in cost, budget, financial, and project controlling and can analyze complex economic data structured, evaluate, and prepare.
• Experience in contract, supplementary agreement, and claim management: You know the financial challenges in construction projects and bring experience in reviewing, evaluating, and steering supplements, claims, and contract deviations.
• Pertinent academic background: You have a completed degree, for example, in economics, business administration, or construction economics with corresponding additional qualifications.
• You are confident in handling project management methods and tools and work analytically, structured, and transparently.
• Communication strength: You bring very good German language skills.
• Responsible working style: You think economically, future-oriented, and solution-oriented. Changes are met openly, pragmatically, and proactively.
• Collaborative appearance: You work gladly across interfaces, promote collaboration, and develop together with others feasible solutions without losing sight of goals, results, and economic efficiency.
