Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach our target audience. Your goal will be to increase revenue and market share while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: • Developing and implementing a commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision; • Identifying new business opportunities and developing effective marketing campaigns to reach our target audience; • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the pet industry; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
