As Commercial Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process by maintaining and expanding strong customer relationships.

• Take care of outlining and implementing commercial strategy
• Maintain strong customer relationships and attract new customers
• Stimulate revenue growth by providing excellent commercial support and smooth customer supply
• Closed commercial agreements that ensure profitability
• You are responsible for the administrative sales process
• Lance actions to support sales objectives
• Enhance the 'Eclair' brand in national and international markets through targeted communication and visibility
• Analyze sales results
• Study market trends to optimize the product range in consultation with R&D
• You are a key user of sales software systems

…as People Manager:

• Lead a team of 5 employees (customer service/bookkeeping/sales) including logistical and administrative staff
• Maintain within the team a commercial and customer-friendly attitude by coaching them daily
• Foster actively positive dynamics within and between teams
• Consult regularly with involved departments to ensure information flows smoothly
• You are part of the management team, crisis team, and HACCP team

• You possess a minimum Master or Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Applied Economic Sciences, Business Management, …
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales
• You have strategic insight, commercial flair, and strong communication skills combined with analytical capabilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French.
