The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager (Construction) to join our team. As a key member of our National Group Ltd family, you will be responsible for leading the commercial management of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry. A strong understanding of construction law and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
