Commercial Manager – Capital Equipment & Services (Netherlands)

As Commercial Manager – Capital Equipment & Services, you are responsible for the commercial course and results of GEA Separation & Flow Technologies in the Netherlands. Internally, this role at GEA is also referred to as 'Sales Director'; this indicates scope and seniority within the division. You lead a team of approximately 15 colleagues (Account Manager Sales, Account Manager Service Sales, Sales Coordinators, and Admin Support), are part of the Management Team, and report to the Director Separation & Flow Technologies. Your main tasks include: • Developing and implementing sales strategies for the Dutch market; • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers; • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; • Managing a budget and ensuring financial targets are met; • Collaborating with other departments within GEA, such as Marketing and Operations, to achieve common goals. In addition, you will be responsible for: • Providing guidance and support to your team members; • Ensuring that all commercial activities comply with company policies and procedures; • Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments in the industry.
