With a dynamic and collaborative work culture, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with over six years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on significant responsibility, handle complex high-value commercial disputes, and develop their skills as a leading litigator. The successful candidate will be expected to: • Handle a varied caseload of high-value commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and insolvency cases; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice; • Work closely with the team to develop strategies for complex cases, identifying key issues and developing effective litigation plans; • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver a seamless service to clients; • Contribute to the development of the Dispute Resolution team's expertise and reputation through involvement in marketing initiatives, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
