About the Position: Our client is searching for a driven Senior Associate ready to make their mark in Commercial Litigation. This opportunity offers more than just hands-on legal work – it's a career-defining move for someone with aspirations to build and lead their own litigation team.
You’ll collaborate closely with a nationally recognised litigation Partner who brings expertise across both commercial and tax disputes. This is your chance to play a lead role in major commercial matters including regulatory enforcement, contractual and shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation.

This position places you in the heart of the firm’s litigation strategy – managing complex files, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Importantly, there's a well-defined career track toward leadership, with the long-term vision of growing your own litigation division within the firm.

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years PAE in commercial litigation within private practice
• Proven experience managing complex and high-volume disputes
• Strong drafting skills and advanced legal analysis
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
• Clear motivation for long-term career growth and leadership
