About the Position:
This role is ideal for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3–5 years PAE) who’s ready to work on varied and stimulating matters in a team that values initiative and supports growth. You'll collaborate with senior practitioners and experienced litigators across a wide portfolio of disputes involving:
- Contract breaches and commercial conflict
- Shareholder disputes and directors' liability
- Corporate insolvency and bankruptcy claims
- Property and leasing disputes
- Construction disagreements and debt enforcement
- Regulatory investigations and risk strategy
Key Requirements:
- 5 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Commercially minded approach with strong client service focus
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Eager to engage in business development and team growth
