Position: Commercial Lines CSR Location: Markham, ON Duration: Permanent Full-Time Hybrid
Position Overview:
- Must possess RIBO license
- Provide customer service for commercial accounts
- 2+ years' experience in an insurance customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and MS office skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Issuance and renewal of insurance documents
- Report and monitor client claims
