Commercial Leadership (m/w/d)

Our customer is a well-established mid-sized company that has been successfully operating on the market for decades as one of the leading providers in its niche. Currently, the company is in a phase of reorientation: processes are being modernized, new business fields are being explored, and internal structures are being deliberately further developed.

We are looking for a commercial leadership (m/w/d), who will not only accompany but actively shape. In this role, you will work closely with the shareholders together, take responsibility for the commercial core areas, and drive the organizational development of the company forward with a clear view of numbers and processes.

This position offers genuine scope for action – for personalities who think entrepreneurially, take operational responsibility, and trigger changes pragmatically and solution-oriented.

Your Tasks

• Total responsibility for commercial areas
• Operative involvement in annual financial statements, budget planning, and liquidity management
• Further development of commercial processes and co-shaping on ERP topics
• Closely working with the executive board and actively participating in strategic reorientation
• Fuelling and further developing a team
• BUILDING clear structures and steering logics in a mid-sized environment without classical middle management

Requirements

• Mult-year experience in a leading commercial function
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting, liquidity management, and operational control
• Hands-on mentality: you are not afraid to actively participate yourself
• IT- and ERP affinity, ideally with experience in system introduction or optimization
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to change things
