Commercial Lawyer

We are partnering exclusively with a high performing boutique commercial and property law firm that combines top tier capability with a supportive, family-friendly culture. The firm has a long established client base built on legacy relationships and continues to deliver high-quality legal work across a broad range of industries.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with at least three years of post-admission experience who is looking for genuine work-life balance without compromising on the quality of work or client exposure.

About the Role
You’ll work directly with experienced partners on a mix of commercial and property transactions, advising a loyal client base that includes private companies, investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. The work includes:

• Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Advising on business sales and acquisitions, leasing, and property transactions
• Supporting clients through commercial structuring and general advisory matters
• Managing your own files with partner guidance as required

About You

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial or property law
• Strong drafting and advisory skills with sound commercial judgment
• Client-focused, pragmatic, and confident managing your own files
