Description of the job Your Mission : expertise at the service of the client Under the supervision of our Product Manager, you join a tight-knit team of 6 colleagues. - You analyze complex projects for our clients to select and propose optimal industrial piping and pneumatic equipment. - You write precise and punchy technical-commercial offers. - You ensure technical and commercial updates (prices, deadlines) of client contracts. - You solicit feedback from clients on the quality of our products and services. - You maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range and its applications. - You participate in the development of new business opportunities through market research and analysis. - You contribute to the preparation of tenders and bids for major projects. - You ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on client interactions and sales performance. - You work closely with the Sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - You maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work. - You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
