The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering insights, performance reporting, and commercial analysis that support business growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role where you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide data-driven insights and enable better decision-making during a period of change and diversification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyse, and distribute financial and commercial performance reporting.
  • Deliver insights that support pricing, sales, and operational decisions.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Rationalise and automate reporting frameworks, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build dashboards and performance metrics that provide real-time business visibility.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support new projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA/CA desirable but not essential).
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, analysis, or business partnering.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, lookups), with experience streamlining and automating reporting (eg: Power BI, Tableau, etc).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate data in a clear, business-focused way.
