The tasks are: Calculation of nationwide projects in the area of land surveying, etc.
Review of tender documents
Communication with customers, planners, architects, and other involved partners
Development of special proposals and supplements
Creation of the offer and related documents
The key features are: Completed training in the commercial sector and/or technical vocational training
Ideal experience in the area of building calculation
Good technical understanding and business-oriented working methods
Communication skills and teamwork ability
Safe handling of current MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
