Commercial Director Transformation

About the role

As Director Transformation, you are a commercial and substantive figurehead within the IG&H Transformation Team. You play a key role in positioning and marketing our services within Financial Services, Health, and Retail & Products.

You help organizations realize large-scale transformations where technology, processes, and people come together. There is a strong focus on the adoption of new ways of working and technologies, including AI and data-driven work, and on designing and implementing future-proof Target Operating Models.

You combine in-depth transformation expertise with entrepreneurship and a proven ability to develop and win new assignments. Thanks to your network, market knowledge, and commercial strength, you build long-term customer relationships and initiate and successfully execute complex transformation programs.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the commercial growth of the Transformation domain within IG&H

• Develop and realize new business within Financial Services, Health, and Retail & Products

• Build sustainable executive relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders

• Identify new market opportunities around AI adoption, digital transformation, change management, and Target Operating Models

• Lead complex transformation programs from strategy to implementation

• Advise executive and management teams as a trusted advisor

• Position distinctive propositions in collaboration with other IG&H practices

• Build strategic partnerships with technology and implementation partners

• Coach and develop consultants, managers, and directors

• Represent IG&H through publications, events, roundtables, and client meetings

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in consultancy and transformation

• Demonstrably successful in business development, executive selling, and achieving significant revenue growth

• Proven track record in winning and leading large-scale transformation and adoption programs

• Extensive network within banks, insurers, pension providers, or other financial institutions is a strong plus

• Experience with digital transformation, AI adoption, organizational change, and Operating Model transformations

• Excellent stakeholder management skills at executive, board, and C-level

• Strong leadership and passion for developing talent

• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to successfully bring new propositions to market
