RESOURCES:

• An EXCLUSIVE contractual geographical territory with thousands of Unaferm customers since 1969: three generations of satisfied customers.

• This EXCLUSIVE territory constitutes an asset from the start, a "portfolio" of resources that you have the mission to develop in order to generate a comfortable income.

SALARY EVOLUTION:

• €3,320: for the first 3 months = €2,160 base salary + €1,100 earned commissi a fixed salary of €2,160 + full rate commissions on deals sold. (Average €3,320 in 2025 for entry-level salespeople).

• €4,100: from the 4th month = €4,100 in earned commissions, including €2,800 guaranteed; from the fourth month, the minimum guaranteed salary is €2,800 + monthly performance bonuses. (Average salary of €4,100 in 2025 from the 4th month).

• €4,650: 1st year = the average total monthly salary for the first year in 2025 is €4,650 per m €55,800 per year).

• €6,600: in the following years = this is the average monthly salary obtained in 2025 by Unaferm expert salespeople. (€79,800 annual)

BECOME AN EXPERT:

• Learn a method, acquire a mindset, a sales technique of infinite power.

MISSIONS:

• Visit homeowners' homes to help them realize their projects for shutters, windows, doors, gates, and more.

• Provide your expertise to estimate, negotiate, and close custom renovation projects.

• Be the preferred point of contact for your clients and ensure the follow-up of their project: from order to installation.

• Participate in commercial events (fairs, exhibitions, markets, shopping malls)

HOW is this sales philosophy transmitted?

• Your adventure begins with a week of intensive training in Aspach.
  Then, in your territory, you will be coached by an expert in the field, trained like you and already successful.

• In turn, you can, if you wish, become an Expert salesperson with a role of trainer-mentor to support a beginner colleague; and even later, move towards the mission of sales manager.
