Activities:

• Develops sales strategies for the company in the region, as directed by the Commercial Director, contributing with knowledge of the region;
• Follows up on Sales Plan and KPIs, driving development through actions of commercial teams;
• Manages and trains directly sales teams;
• Suggests dimensions and structures for the commercial team in the Region;
• Affects directly in recruitment processes of the department. Defines desired profiles and adapts them to company needs;
• Develops and implements plans for improvement and training of commercial teams in their region, making field visits and defining best practices for conducting commercial processes;
• Certifies that safety and/or policies are being met;
• Validates new sales of services in general;
• Participates in special negotiations with clients;
• Affects retention of clients and reversing possible contract losses;
• Maintains active relationship with main clients in their region;
• Carries out contract renewals;
• Helps clients and department collaborators in resolving problems;
• Intermediates solutions between departments to meet client and department needs;
• Will work with São Paulo and Southern Brazil teams.

Requirements

• Business Administration, Commercial Management, Small and Medium-Sized Business Management and/or related areas;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel;
• Availability for travel;
• Experience with Team Management.
