About the Company This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join one of the tier 1 organizations. Location : Gurgaon/Bangalore About the Role Looking for Min 12 years of overall experience into Commercial contracting, technical lawyer, Technology contract experience, high value contracts gradually moved to leadership role at least from last 5 years into team management leadership role. He/ She will be working as an escalation POC, should people focus, mentoring and develop people, negotiate with lawyers and other stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of commercial contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
