Commercial Concrete Supervisor

Must have the right to work in New Zealand to apply About the Role: Supervise commercial concrete placing & finishing operations Lead foremen, placers, finishers & labourers Coordinate and run large-scale pours Plan labour, plant, equipment & materials Liaise with contractors, engineers & site teams Manage concrete supply, pumps & deliveries Ensure projects are completed safely, on time & to spec Monitor productivity and manage workflow Oversee QA, documentation & quality standards What We're Looking For: A commercially focused leader with a strong background in the construction industry Experience working with large-scale pours and managing multiple sites Ability to lead and motivate a team of foremen, placers, finishers & labourers Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer: Competitive salary package Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement
