• Coordination and ordering of subcontractors
• Assignment of personnel resources to specific work orders
• Capture of incoming orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Planning and flexible scheduling of service technicians for standard operations and disruptions
• Management of the telephone switchboard
• Adaptation and prioritization of orders, as well as subsequent processing
• Prior preparation of service deployments
• Support in coordinating the deployments of service technicians
• Representation at the central telephone reception and disposition of maintenance deployments
• Contact person for customers regarding scheduling questions

• A strong customer- and service-oriented approach, as well as communication and problem-solving skills that round out your profile.
• You have already gained experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Flexibility, willingness to deploy, team spirit, and reliability are self-evident for you.
• You possess secure knowledge of the MS-Office package, particularly in Excel.
• Experience in deployment planning and a completed commercial training program bring you with.
• You enjoy working with people, especially when organizing service and maintenance transactions.
