Commercial Cleaner – Full-Time

Location: Dunsborough / Yallingup / Busselton & Surrounding Areas
Hourly Rate: $40.50 + 12% Super
Hours: 38 hours per week

Sahas Holdings is seeking hardworking and detail-focused Commercial Cleaners to join our team. We service a variety of commercial clients, including Airbnbs, banks, office buildings, construction sites, and industrial premises across the South West.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture
• Cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings
• Removing rubbish and recyclable materials; emptying bins, trays, and containers
• Stripping wax from floors, re-waxing, and polishing as required
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and laundry areas; replenishing supplies
• Reporting any plumbing or fixture issues to management
• Operating industrial vacuum cleaners and other heavy-duty cleaning machinery
• Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures
• Applying appropriate cleaning agents (acids/solvents) to treat stains and heavy grime
• Removing oil, grease, dust, soot, and sludge from machines and surfaces
• Cleaning both the interior and exterior of furnaces, boilers, tanks, and ship hulls (where applicable)
• May also clean building exteriors using sand-blasting and industrial solvents

About You:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable using chemicals and cleaning machinery
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
• Must have valid working rights in Australia
• Preferably AQF Certificate 1 or equivalent.
