Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 AUD per annum (based on experience)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning and sanitising a range of commercial environments while following strict safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise commercial premises including offices, hospitals, schools, and construction sites
• Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust, polish, and disinfect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean internal windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Remove rubbish and waste materials from designated areas
• Maintain and organise cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance issues, equipment faults, or low stock levels to supervisors
• Follow safe work procedures, WHS guidelines, and environmental policies at all times

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience with hands-on experience
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Knowledge of safe work procedures and WHS compliance
• Experience with chemical safe handling, storage, and disposal
• Ability to safely operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physically fit and capable of manual work

Desirable Qualifications

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Relevant cleaning or facilities management qualifications
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, education, construction)
