Commercial Business Partner

As the Commercial Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in strengthening financial performance across our recycling operations. You’ll partner closely with operational teams, providing meaningful insights that support efficiency, cost control and long‑term sustainability outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, learning how a circular recycling environment operates, and working directly with people at all levels - from operators to managers to commercial leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting operations with actionable financial insights
• Analysing cost structures, volumes, yields and material flows unique to recycling
• Supporting pricing models, service costing and commercial decision‑making
• Partnering with operations to improve reporting, processes and financial visibility
• Leading financial support for the Nelson recycling operation (with occasional travel)
• Contributing to forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking
• Helping shape the financial lens over a division that directly enables sustainability outcomes
