We are seeking a driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing company delivering large-scale technology and energy solutions across New Zealand. What You’ll Do
- Drive new business across commercial property, corporates, and developers.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and directors.
- Develop and present commercially compelling proposals.
- Negotiate complex deals including multi-year service and supply agreements.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver client-ready solutions.
What the right person will need to have:
- Sales background in HVAC, IT, utilities, or technical services preferred.
- Energetic, ethical, and highly motivated to succeed.
- Confident in high-level presentations and negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working long sales cycles.
