As a Commercial Broker, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across a variety of industries. You’ll be responsible for the full broking lifecycle, including renewals, quoting, client servicing, and providing tailored risk advice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a commercial portfolio end-to-end, including renewals, new business, and policy maintenance
- Provide advice and risk placement tailored to client needs
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow your book through referrals and networking
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are upheld
- Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial broking
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and market practices
- Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
- A motivated and professional attitude with a genuine focus on client outcomes
