About the role:
As a Commercial Broker, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across a variety of industries. You’ll be responsible for the full broking lifecycle, including renewals, quoting, client servicing, and providing tailored risk advice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a commercial portfolio end-to-end, including renewals, new business, and policy maintenance
• Provide advice and risk placement tailored to client needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
• Identify opportunities to expand and grow your book through referrals and networking
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are upheld

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial broking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and market practices
• Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
• A motivated and professional attitude with a genuine focus on client outcomes
