Looking to take your commercial broking career to the next level? Our client, a local, long-standing commercial insurance brokerage in the Wellington region, is seeking an experienced Commercial Broker to join their growing team. You’ll step into a supportive, professional environment where people genuinely care about the work they do and the clients they serve.
This role gives you the chance to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build strong, lasting relationships. Expect 2-3 days of travel per week in the Wellington region during business hours.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients
- Deliver expert advice and customised insurance solutions
- Work closely with insurers to secure the right coverage
- Prepare quotations, renewals, and policy documentation
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- Proven experience as a commercial broker working with SME or mid-market clients
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Solid knowledge of New Zealand commercial insurance products
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Level 5 qualification or ANZIIF accreditation
