About the Role:
As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for servicing and growing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing trusted advice. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an SME portfolio with a particular emphasis on aviation clients
- Provide tailored insurance and risk solutions across a range of industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders
- Negotiate renewals, policy terms, and claims advocacy
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Experience as a Commercial Broker, ideally with exposure to SME portfolios
- Any experience or interest in aviation risks will be highly regarded
- Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (General Insurance) or ANZIIF qualification
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering exceptional service
