About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Commercial Broker Support professional to join a well-regarded Tauranga brokerage. This role offers genuine autonomy, supporting a portfolio with the potential to provide advice to smaller commercial clients, while also contributing to the smooth running of the wider team. You will be the key point of contact for day-to-day client servicing, ensuring policies are managed accurately and efficiently.

You will be the key point of contact for day-to-day client servicing, ensuring policies are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Prepare documentation, process renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters to ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Conduct policy comparisons and risk assessments to support brokers in delivering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements.
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (General Insurance) is essential.
- Experience in commercial insurance, ideally within a broker support or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomy to manage your workload while being part of a supportive team.
