We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established brokerage with deep ties to the Bay of Plenty community. Their Rotorua office is growing, and they are now looking to bring on a capable and motivated Commercial Broker Support to help service their expanding portfolio of SME and commercial clients. With a long-standing reputation built on trust and personalised service, this team puts people first, both clients and staff. This is an excellent stepping stone for someone serious about progressing into a commercial broking role over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
• Handling endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates
• Liaising with clients and insurers to follow up outstanding information
• Maintaining accurate client and policy records
• Supporting brokers with general servicing and administrative duties

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in the insurance industry, ideally in broking, support, or claims
• Confidence working with systems, data entry, and policy documentation
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior brokers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A long-term interest in developing a career in commercial insurance
