The Opportunity:

As a Commercial Broker Support, you’ll be working alongside experienced brokers to manage a varied commercial portfolio. Your role will focus on handling renewals, preparing policy documentation, remarketing, managing client correspondence, and liaising with insurers. You will play an integral role in the client lifecycle, with the opportunity to gradually step into more client-facing responsibilities if that aligns with your career goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare renewal reports, remarketing, quotes, and policy documents across commercial lines
• Respond to client queries and provide timely administrative support
• Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and resolve queries
• Assist with claim lodgement and tracking where needed
• Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met across the board
• Support senior brokers in managing key accounts and client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a commercial broking support role
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with insurance systems and working knowledge of commercial products
• A genuine interest in growing within the commercial broking space
