About the Role:
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Commercial Broker who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, servicing SME clients, and creating tailored insurance programs and risk management solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with clients, underwriters, and industry professionals to produce results and grow the business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and expand SME client portfolios
• Prepare and present customised insurance proposals
• Maintain strong debtor control and ensure timely payments
• Coordinate claims and manage new business inquiries
• Stay across industry developments and compliance requirements
• Facilitate appointments and process policy renewals

About You:

• ANZIIF/NZFCS Level 5 Certificate completion
• 3+ years’ experience as a Commercial Broker with SME businesses
• Proven ability to generate and finalise sales
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
• Strong relationship and communication skills
