You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, servicing SME clients, and creating tailored insurance programs and risk management solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with clients, underwriters, and industry professionals to produce results and grow the business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and expand SME client portfolios
- Prepare and present customised insurance proposals
- Maintain strong debtor control and ensure timely payments
- Coordinate claims and manage new business inquiries
- Stay across industry developments and compliance requirements
- Facilitate appointments and process policy renewals
- ANZIIF/NZFCS Level 5 Certificate completion
- 3+ years’ experience as a Commercial Broker with SME businesses
- Proven ability to generate and finalise sales
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
- Strong relationship and communication skills
