Job description
Role/ Job Title: Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking Function/ Department: Commercial Banking Job Purpose: Own end-to-end acquisition and relationship management of mid-corporate clients to deliver sustainable revenue and book growth across assets and liabilities, with a strong focus on new-to-bank (NTB) acquisition and activation and on cross-sell of transaction banking products e.g., Cash Management Services (CMS), Trade Services—and treasury/FX solutions, while maintaining portfolio quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive client engagement strategy to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with existing clients; • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-corporate clients to identify new business opportunities and expand the bank's presence in the market; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and risk management experts, to develop tailored solutions for clients and drive revenue growth; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and providing regular updates to senior management on portfolio performance and key metrics. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in commercial banking relationship management or a related field; • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and treasury solutions; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and numerical skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
