ABOUT THE JOB: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Banking Cash (Foreign) & Account Opening Officer. You will be responsible for handling various cash management and account opening related transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle day-to-day cash management and account opening related transactions * Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures * Provide excellent customer service * Identify and escalate issues appropriately * Assist in projects and initiatives as assigned * Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in any field * At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking operations * Knowledge of cash management and account opening processes * Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Meticulous with an eye for detail * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
