This role involves working in a high-volume factory environment using commercial baking equipment. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing large production runs, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with dough mixing, proofing, and baking techniques, as well as knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
