Commercial Back Office - Capua

Adecco Italia Is seeking a figure for the role of Commercial Back Office for a reality operating in the dairy-casein buffalo sector with headquarters in Capua. Required qualifications: - Excellent knowledge of English; German or French language skills are welcome. - 2-3 years of experience in an analogous role. - Excellent mastery of Excel and main ERP systems. Responsibilities: The resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Management of communication flow with clients and support to sales force in interface with buyers and procurement office representatives assigned area. - Support in developing new projects and elaborating commercial offers. - Supervision of contract correctness with clients and agents, including document management, signature control, archiving, and interface for checks with lawyers, quality or logistics. - Control and supervision of price lists and discounts, programming promotional activities, and estimating, with NAV management of price lists and promotions. - Collaboration with marketing for specific actions targeting customers. - Preparation of periodic reporting. - Planning of productive and logistical leads in anticipation of holidays.
