Job Description We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Systems Specialist to optimize our sales technology stack and streamline workflows for our high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between sales strategy, data analysis, and IT, ensuring our systems are an accelerant to productivity and revenue growth. You will be the primary administrator and go-to expert for our TPM solution and other essential sales tools. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial application landscape, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, • Design, implement, and optimize workflows to drive efficiency and productivity, • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our sales technology stack. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, • 3+ years of experience in sales systems administration or a related field, • Strong understanding of commercial applications and their integration with other business systems, • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
