Commercial Analyst PL - Relationship

Measure and control the main types of supplier attendance;

Manage the CRM database;

Manage sustainable supplier certification in partnership with the Sustainability area;

Control technical consulting provided to suppliers;

Support the Relationship area in identifying improvements for the process;

Manage and participate in processes monitoring suppliers' quality and punctuality of delivery, calculating, analyzing, and preparing process indicators;

Structure technical events together with the Communication team;

Implement a system for supplier visit requests;

Standardize event structures;

Implement the supplier recognition program;

Implement a system for monitoring service provider performance;

Participate in implementing a system for capturing and acting on technical solutions/alternatives, contributing to cost reduction or innovation;

Prepare reports, presentations, and provide detailed information about assisted producers to regional managers, to execute defined strategies.
