The Role
Reporting into the CFO, you will be working hand in hand with the senior leadership team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provision of monthly management and board reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Development of KPI reporting to drive performance improvement
- Assist with pricing processes and costing comparisons
- Analytical problem solving and system planning identifying opportunities for improvement
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and assist in operational efficiencies
- Providing analysis on impacts to profitability and revenue
- Tertiary qualifications in Business preferred and a CA/CPA qualification (or progression towards) would be viewed favourably
- 3+ year’s work experience in an analytical role
- The ability to become an expert in product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Costing and pricing experience would be valued but overall the ability to put together good, strong financial models will be the most important skill set
- Professional command of MS-Office (Word and Power Point) and advanced excel skill incl. good handle on large data sets.
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc analytical reports to enhance business outcomes
