Commercial Agency Head (PECO Station)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to occupy the position of Commercial Agency Head at our PECO station. If you are an organized person, oriented towards results, and have excellent management skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the PECO station;
• Ensure high-quality customer service and efficiently resolve any problems that arise;
• Manage inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment;
• Governance of permits, monitoring deadlines for submitting documents and re-authorization.
• Manage team, form work program, assign tasks, recruit, professional training.
• Represent the company in front of authorities and control teams.
• Implement sales strategies and promote products and services at the station;
• Monitor compliance with safety norms, internal company standards, and legal regulations in force.

Candidates:

• Previous experience in sales and/or management of a team or point of sale.
• Prior experience in the oil industry is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Able to work under pressure and make quick and efficient decisions;
• Oriented towards clients and attention to details;
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel) at user level is mandatory
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the business environment.
