Description of the post Our Commercial Advisors excel in managing communication between banks and their clients. You will be an expert in how financial institutions bring value, offering personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You will provide top-notch service to both internal and external clients. No one understands better the needs and expectations of bank users: you will be capable of identifying and meeting these needs through your expertise and knowledge of the banking industry. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice to help them achieve those goals. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes that may impact our clients' financial decisions. In addition, you will work closely with other teams within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
