• Advise clients on the use and application of specialized products such as mortars, adhesives, sealants, repairs, etc.
• Monitor market trends and perform competitive analyses.
• Meet monthly and quarterly objectives established by the company.
• Participate in commercial events and exhibitions to promote products and brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, market development or channel management related to the construction industry.
• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS SUCH AS MORTARS, ADHESIVES, SEALANTS, REPAIRS, AND SIMILAR MATERIALS.
• Able to negotiate and close high-impact commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Availability for travel as needed.
