RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our clients team in Cape Town. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our company is a leading recruitment firm, known for providing top-notch talent to our clients across various industries.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships and understanding their needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
- Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive for results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
