Purpose of the Role

To ensure control, visibility, and real-time execution of the supply chain by continuously monitoring logistics flows, detecting deviations in a timely manner, and enabling proactive decision-making.

The Logistics Control Center functions as the nervous system of operations, connecting plants, suppliers, and customers to ensure stability, efficiency, and high performance.

Main Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (deliveries, transportation, warehouse, inventory, etc.) in real-time.
Coordinate and communicate with key internal and external personnel to prevent or resolve interruptions (production, transportation, customs, warehouse).
Execute escalation protocols and provide 24/7 operational support when required.
Use digital tools and boards (Power BI, SAP, Transport Management Systems) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain the standards of the Logistics Control Center, ensuring alignment with VM/NA and Bosch's global logistics strategies.
Participate in creating predictive alerts and automation tools that improve response times and accuracy.
Provide data-based analysis and information to support decision-making and performance reviews.
