Command Center

Purpose of the Role

To ensure control, visibility, and real-time execution of the supply chain by continuously monitoring logistics flows, detecting deviations in a timely manner, and enabling proactive decision-making.

The Logistics Control Center functions as the nervous system of operations, connecting plants, suppliers, and customers to ensure stability, efficiency, and high performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (deliveries, transportation, warehouse, inventory, etc.) in real-time.
• Coordinate and communicate with key internal and external personnel to prevent or resolve interruptions (production, transportation, customs, warehouse).
• Execute escalation protocols and provide 24/7 operational support when required.
• Use digital tools and boards (Power BI, SAP, Transport Management Systems) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain the standards of the Logistics Control Center, ensuring alignment with VM/NA and Bosch's global logistics strategies.
• Participate in creating predictive alerts and automation tools that improve response times and accuracy.
• Provide data-based analysis and information to support decision-making and performance reviews.
