We have ideal unmolders for batters with low, medium and high sugar content that do not require bread or transfer flavors. These products have high adhesion to vertical surfaces of molds, whether aluminum, sheeting or coated, showing excellent stability at different temperatures and pressures. Our products are designed to work in a wide range of conditions, from 10°C to 100°C, with a pH level between 3 and 9. We also offer customized solutions for specific customer needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with baking industry products and processes, as well as knowledge of the Mexican market. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field such as food science or engineering, and at least 3 years of experience working in the baking industry.
